Denny Safe
Denny has over 15 years of experience in the Financial Marketplace and has built his career on establishing trusted relationships with all of his clients. Denny has successfully been involved in Multifamily and Commercial lending for the last 15 years, and in the last 5 years has been specializing in Assisted Care development with all types of Senior Housing projects. Stephanie Safe
Stephanie has been in the mortgage banking business for 11 years, working all sides of the business including processing, loan originating and wholesaling loans to Wall Street. Most recently, Stephanie has been focusing on Commercial Loan Origination, including the development and refinancing of Senior Living facilities.
